With a passion for culinary creation, Deirdre of Fearless Foods has currently dedicated herself to the sweet side of the kitchen, earning recognition for her exceptional Crème Brulee, crowned as the best in Cape Town by none other than Lannice Snyman!

 

Although Fearless Foods emerged during the 2020 lockdown, its roots trace back several decades. Deirdre Cargill, our “old school” chef, honed her skills in renowned five-star restaurants and hotels across continents before establishing her own intimate fine dining establishment, CARGILLS, on the Bishops school side of the Rondebosch station.
