Whilst Fearless Foods was born during lockdown in 2020, it’s history goes back a few decades! Deirdre Cargill is an ‘old school’ chef with experience spanning a few continents of 5 star restaurants and hotels before opening her own intimate fine dining eatery, CARGILLS on the Bishops school side of the Rondebosch station!
